Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is one of the top challenges facing companies of all sizes across all industries. In an online/offline, digital/analogue, short-term/long-term, sales-driven or brand-oriented marketplace, integration and alignment of advertising, public relations, promotion, branding, direct marketing, and other low- and high-technology tools has become the critical issue for all marketing communication managers.
