Last 14 and 15 September, De Montfort University's (DMU) Marcus Warren, Zeynep Arscott and Dr. Tom Duran came to visit Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU).
With the SISFU Management, Warren (Associate Dean International), Arscott (Global Partnership Officer) and Duran (Global Partnership Manager) discussed opportunities of collaboration among other DMU global partners. This involves research, guest lectures and student exchange activities as part of #DMUGlobal.
#DMUglobal is part of DMU’s initiatives for providing studies with comprehensive international experiences. The movement aims to enrich studies, cultural horizons and to develop key skills valued by employers.
Last June, 11 SISFU students were awarded with First Class Honours by DMU. They graduated with Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration – Management and Marketing streams. This DMU degree programmes (also called top-up) follow an extensive two-year study in the same fields under the Higher National Diploma (HND) from Pearson, UK.
Third cohort of the DMU top-up will start in October 2017.
