REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Recommendation Letter (from previous Teacher and Principal)
- Recommendation Letter (from Guidance Counselor)
- Original High School Report Card
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Original/Authenticated Hard Copy of Transcript for students who studied abroad
- Medical Exam and Drug Test Results
FOR FOREIGNERS ONLY
- Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
- Copy of Student Visa/Special Study Permit (SSP)
