Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) takes learning outside of the classroom and into the real world. This year, hospitality management and culinary students visited the famed Raffles and Fairmont hotels in Makati City for an immersive learning experience.

Students explored the world of luxury hospitality and culinary excellence with an in-depth tour of the hotels’ top-notch facilities, appreciating both front of the house and backend facilities. They observed seasoned hoteliers providing actual guest services and high-standard kitchen operations. This hands-on experience gave them a deeper understanding of industry expectations and best practices, helping them prepare for their future careers.
With a better appreciation of how luxury hotels work from front office services, food and beverage operations, and everything in between, the students left with a strengthened spirit for their upcoming hospitality careers.
This is further testament to SISFU’s commitment to producing world-ready hoteliers through hands-on, practical learning with top industry partners like Raffles and Fairmont.
