This is a highly practical, 3-year UK Degree course designed to put you in a prime position in the job market when you graduate.

A Business Management degree from DMU at SISFU can open up an exciting career path for you in a wide range of specialist areas including business strategy, accounting and finance, human resource management, or marketing.

You can either study a general pathway, giving you the skills you need to understand what makes a business work, or you can specialise depending on your area of interest.

Previous graduates from this degree have gone on to successful careers in world-renowned organisations, including Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar and The Body Shop.

Teaching Contact Hours:

This is a full-time course and, in total, you should be prepared to devote approximately 38 hours a week to your studies. In the first year, you will typically have up to 12-14 contact hours of teaching most weeks. Teaching is through a mix of lectures, tutorials, and seminars and the breakdown of these activity types is shown in each module description. You will have the opportunity to learn from both SISFU’s Internationally-trained and experienced faculty as well as visiting DMU UK lecturers each year.

Self-directed study: In order to prepare for, and assimilate, the work in lectures and seminars you will be expected to use our on-line resources, participate in flipped or virtual classroom discussions on our virtual learning environment (VLE) and engage in personal study and revision for approximately 25 hours per week.

Subsequent years follow a similar pattern, however, the contact time will vary depending on your subject mix and options chosen, and the teaching methods appropriate to the module. Further details are contained in each module description.
