SOUTHVILLE FOR OTHERS | OUTREACH PROGRAMMES

SFO is an outreach initiative of the Southville Global Education Network (SGEN), which comprises several educational institutions in the Philippines, including Southville International School and Colleges (SISC), and Southville International School affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU), among others.
The programme aims to provide support and assistance to underserved communities in the Philippines through various projects and activities such as disaster relief operations, community development initiatives, environmental conservation efforts, and educational outreach programmes.
Overall, SOUTHVILLE FOR OTHERS is an outreach programme that demonstrates SGEN’s commitment to social responsibility, community development, and environmental stewardship.
SISFU Outreach Programmes
SISFU is committed to providing quality education opportunities to deserving students who may not have the financial means to pursue higher education. Through its scholarship programmes, SISFU empowers underprivileged students by helping them gain the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to build a successful future.
ASAT (formerly SEED Academy)
Established as an outreach programme of SGEN, the ASAT (formerly SEED Academy) has spent the past eleven years transforming the lives of many less fortunate youths by equipping them with industry-relevant skills and training.
The institution offers specially designed academic programmes focused on computer and office management, enabling scholars to secure meaningful employment and improve their quality of life.
ASAT currently offers two certificate programmes:
- Information Systems Technology
- Information Systems Management
Each year, the academy provides subsidized education and training to approximately 60 scholars. The programmes are designed with a short turnaround time, allowing students to quickly develop in-demand skills and enter the workforce with confidence.
Environmental Care
Coastal Clean-up Drive
SFO regularly organizes coastal clean-up drives in partnership with local government units and non-profit organizations. These initiatives aim to promote environmental conservation, protect marine ecosystems, and encourage community participation in maintaining cleaner and healthier coastal areas.
SISFU Charity Begins @ Home
SISFU students, staff, and faculty actively participate in community outreach programmes that provide support and assistance to underserved communities in the Philippines. These initiatives promote social responsibility, collaboration, and compassion while encouraging every member of the institution to respond to community needs.
As part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility, SISFU engages in outreach activities and partnerships that help foster community development, unity, and lifelong learning opportunities. Through these programmes, the institution prepares its graduates to become competent, productive, and socially responsible members of the global workforce.
Employee participation in outreach programmes is monitored through the A.C.E. Performance Appraisal and individual balanced scorecards. Employees are encouraged to participate in at least 1–2 outreach programmes each academic year.
SISFU Rotaract Partnership

The partnership between SISFU (Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities) and Rotaract Club is a collaboration aimed at providing students with opportunities for personal and professional development while serving the community.
Consisting of a global network of diverse service volunteers, this club provides opportunities to enhance your social and leadership skills for your personality development. You will discover a wealth of experience in addressing the physical and social needs of your communities. Through fund-raising activities, you will find satisfaction in providing these communities with all types of services and assistance, preparing you for the global community in which you will eventually play a leading role.
