Part-time Faculty (School of Business and Graduate School

  • Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Business Management, Computer Science, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Excellent English language and communications skills
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Las Piñas and teach evening classes
  • Previous teaching experience preferred

Part-time Faculty (Computer Science / IT)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate

  • Must have network security knowledge and familiar with Internet Security Protocols

Part-time and Full-time Faculty (Hospitality Management)

  • Graduate of hospitality or culinary diploma or degree program, preferably at least Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Graduate in Hospitality Management
  • Certified food handler and/or sanitation & hygiene
  • Excellent English language and communications skills
  • Previous training experience preferred

    Admissions Associate - Administrative Staff

The Admissions Associate is primarily responsible to manage activities related to student admissions and registration and contribute to enhance a positive institutional image of the Institution. To plan, organize and efficiently execute administrative functions from student admission and registration requirements, records management, foreign partners schools, academic agencies, and other regulatory reportorial requirements in conjunction with the Immediate Head.

To initiate and implement programs/activities and work with admissions team for a seamless one-stop-shop enrollment. To support the Registrar/Immediate Head to ensure efficiency in the SISFU admissions and effective implementation of the registration KRA/Plans.

  • Holder of at least a degree in Administration, Office Management, Communications or other related courses
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experience in Office Management/Administrative or equivalent
  • Must be creative and able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively through writing

    PR/Marketing Associate - Education Specialist

      The Education Specialist is primarily responsible to recruit students and meet its quota for the SISFU Programmes and contribute to enhance a positive institutional image of the Institution. To plan, organize and efficiently execute administrative functions from student admission up to its completion of the programme including tracking alumni in conjunction with the Immediate Head.

      To initiate and implement programs/activities and work with Company Managers/HR, Guidance Counselors, Principal and Local/International Agents to recruit students for SISFU and meet recruitment targets for the Programme. To support the Administration Manager in raising the visibility of SISFU academic programmes by carrying out an effective marketing and communications plan in order to:

    • Attract new students from Feeder Schools
    • Publicise the strengths of the academic faculty
    • Promote the profile of SISFU as a Transnational Education provider to external audiences
    • Holder of at least a degree in Marketing or Advertising, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or other related courses
    • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
    • Newly graduates are welcome
    • With basic knowledge and understanding of digital and social media marketing
    • Must be creative and able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively through writing

      The primary responsibility of the Health and Admin Services Staff facilitates and attends to the Health/Medical and General Administrative services of the Administration department. To ensure all medical services and first aid given is based on its quality standard (i.e. Basic First Aid and Life Support Policy)

    • Holder of at least a degree in Nursing

To plan, organize and efficiently execute administrative functions from IT technical requirements, Administrative services, and other regulatory reportorial requirements in conjunction with the Immediate Head.

      To initiate and implement programs/activities and work with admin/MIS team to provide effective and delightful services to all stakeholders. To support the Admin/MIS Coordinator/Immediate Head to ensure efficiency in the SISFU MIS/ADMIN operations and successful implementation of the registration KRA/Plans.

    • Holder of at least a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related courses
    • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experience in Health and Administrative Services or equivalent
    • Must be creative and able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively through writing
