The Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Business students of SFU were invited to be a guest audience in Net 25’s SPOON last March 12, 2012. Hosted by Janice de Belen, SPOON is a talk show that showcases the culinary expertise of its guests, from the best chefs in the country to the most popular celebrities. During the visit, SFU students joined the taping of the two episodes that featured Chef Bruce Lim and Christian Vasquez as guests. Chef Lim and Christian Vasquez showed our students firsthand how to cook their favorite dishes. While they were cooking, they shared their experience in their respective fields and stories about their personal lives. In the end, students were able to taste the food that they prepared. The said episodes of SPOON were aired on March 14, 2012 and March 16, 2012 respectively on Net 25, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
