SISFU’s commitment to developing globally competitive graduates goes beyond academics—it’s about shaping leaders who can make a difference. In line with this mission, SISFU recently held its Student Leaders Onboarding, bringing together the incoming officers and representatives of various student organizations for a day of inspiration, collaboration, and leadership development.

The onboarding event served as a launching point for student leaders as they embark on a new academic year filled with opportunities to serve, innovate, and lead. Participants gained valuable insights from a series of talks on leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and organizational management—topics designed to strengthen their skills as both students and emerging leaders in a fast-changing world.
