In another feat of educational excellence, a SISFU student garnered top marks at this year’s Philippines International Tourism and Hospitality Research Conference 2025.

Mr. Ian Lorence Sarmiento, a Year 2 Hospitality Management Student from SISFU was awarded Best Oral Presenter at the annual awards. He proudly represented the School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts with his insightful and thoughtful research titled “The Impact of AI Adoption on Customer Service Benefits, Pitfalls and Ethical Considerations”.
