SISFU Short Summer Course: A Red Velvet Kind of Day

SISFU Short Summer Course: A Red Velvet Kind of Day

Just like these kids, keeping ourselves busy and engaged with activities in summer can be the most exciting thing to do! One of SISFU’s short summer class, “Red Velvet and Everything”, which was headed by one of SISFU’s culinary instructors, Chef Paul Samson, was a success as the students surely had a lot of fun!

Through the various techniques, mashing of ingredients to baking, the students gave their all to make the perfect red velvet for the very first time!

With a mixture of measuring, whisking and battering, the class was a highlight of fun, creativity and a productive day of learning! The best part about the class was, the kids took home what they made for their parents! The students were also given a certificate of completion.
