WOFEX, SMX Convention Centre – the Philippine Culinary Cup is one of the grandest and prestigious annual culinary competitions that gathers different blends of chefs, both aspiring and professional, to compete in an intense and world class culinary clash.
Contestants were given a time period to prepare and finish their cuisine.
With over 70 competitors and being judged according to taste and creativity, bagging a silver award for the ‘Australian Lamb’ category was SISFU’s culinary student, Felicia Ken Mardo.
SISFU trains and develops its students through world class curricular experience and competition. Through such practice, the school prepares them for high quality employability and success.
