On July 16, 2018, Southville International School and Colleges hosted the SGEN Outdoor Workshop on Leadership (OWL) at SISC MPH in the Tropical Campus. SGEN OWL is an annual leadership and team-building seminar for the students of the SGEN community who show leadership potential specifically elected Student Council Officers of Basic Education.

SISFU’s Senior High School Student Council officers – Kimberly F. Pal-et, Andee Renèe F. Rojales, Vince Jian S. Talisayon, and Felix Alexander M. Zerrudo III attended the workshop. The guest speaker, Mr. Ronnel B. Agoncillo Jr., deepened the knowledge of the students in the three (3) leadership dimensions – Self Management, People Management, and Task Management. There were also icebreaker games which led the students to meet new people from different campuses. The student leaders ended the workshop by presenting their legacy projects.
