“Absolutely!” said Kristan Deriquito when asked if he would want to join again next year. Kristan is not only a consistent attendee to all Summer 2017 Short Courses at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) but he is also an incoming Grade 12 Hospitality Management student.

All short courses are inclusive of recipes and handouts, uniform (cap and apron), take home food, and certificate of participation.

Culinary Institute at SISFU Induction June 2017

The pioneering students of Culinary Institute at Southville (CIS) had their induction last 13 June, Tuesday at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU).

The students were oriented with in-depth knowledge and processes of CIS’ programmes: Diploma in Culinary Arts, Diploma in Entrepreneurship and International Culinary Entrepreneurship. Afterwards, they feasted on SISFU’s signature pastries and dishes.
